		<description>Hello Gen - Thanks for the great cheese recommendations from Extremadura; it&#039;s a shame that this area doesn&#039;t get more tourism, because even though it&#039;s vast and requires a car, it&#039;s really fascinating.

Couple of things I wanted to add - the Mérida Theatre Festival has been known to feature great modern dance and flamenco troupes, and there&#039;s the utterly funky and very unusual Museum of Contemporary Art in Malpartida de Cáceres, six kilometres west of Cáceres itself.
