Port Wine Lodge Day Tour (for Corporate Groups):

Your group will be collected from your Oporto Hotel by luxury coach and your local bilingual wine guide. You will enjoy a day of Port Wine Tasting at two of the most beautiful and prestigious wineries- Grahams and Ramos Pinto. Your VIPs will receive a private tour of the pretty cellars and the fascinating wine museums, describing the Port region's 300 year old history. After the tour, in the charming cozy cellars, your group will receive a professional wine tasting. You'll taste four different types of delicious Port (white, ruby, tawny and vintage). Each participant will receive a special wine gift, as a keepsake memento of the event. Not far from Grahams, a gourmet lunch will be waiting for you at the "Feitoria Inglesa" (English Factory) with a breathtaking décor and a selection of top quality wines to pair with the exquisite Portuguese dishes. After lunch you will discover Porto, visiting the historical sector, now a UNESCO World Heritage city. Your guide will lead you on an interesting walking tour of Oporto's ancient Bairro, to take in the monumental stock exchange, the cathedral, etc. After the walking tour, you can enjoy free time to take in some shopping, or an after lunch digestif at any of the numerous historic cafes.

Port Wine Tour & Tasting Weekend (for Corporate Groups):

If you have 2 or 3 nights, we can take your staff or clients on an unforgettable VIP Wine Tasting Tour of Oporto and the Douro valley. Combined with the day trip as described above, we can organize a private cruise (April-October) just for your group up the majestic Douro River (complete with your own private chef, sommelier and waiters onboard) or stopping at the superb Vintage House restaurant on the Douro. Accommodation will be at the best hotel in Northern Portugal, a converted historic mansion, now a luxury Relais Chateaux. At the hotel, we will arrange for a special chef's dinner with Portugal's most famous chef. Guests can watch the chef as he cooks, and can even participate. Later, the chef will join you for a cocktail after the meal, and will sign keepsake menus for your group. Other weekend activities could include a train ride through the beautiful valley and VIP private winery visits to the lovely Quinta wine estates, where the owners themselves will receive your group and even serve you lunch to have with their famous wines.
