7:30PM Your private luxury coach will collect your group at your hotel or preferred pick up point in Madrid. Arrive to a spectacular palace in the historic center, dating to the late 1800´s. Climb the dramatic red carpeted staircase to your private salon, decorated with antiques. Begin the evening with a wine tasting of three Spanish wines- a cava from Spain´s Penedès region, a white wine from the stylish Rias Baixas appellation in Galicia and a vintage red Rioja. Appetizers will be served during the tasting such as smoked salmon with quince, sweet ham croquettes, breast of quail in soy sauce , jumbo shrimp in garlic sauce and asparagus in tempura with spicy mayonnaise. Your charming sommelier will lead the tasting with humor and professionalism, teaching guests a few interesting fast facts about Spanish wines while guests nibble on the snacks and mingle.
9PM After the wine tasting, guests will sit down at the elegant tables in the private salon and enjoy a gourmet dinner with dishes such as scallops with thyme and lemon, succulent fish in “Suquet” sauce with potatoes and artichokes, sirloin steak with potato gratin and wild mushrooms and almond cake with a selection of homemade sorbets. Between courses, guests will be entertained by two extraordinary opera singers performing classics such as La ci darem la mano (Don Giovanni), Il core vi dono (Cosí fan tutte) and La fleur que tu m'avais jetée (Carmen).
11/11:30PM Transfer back to your hotel by luxury coach. Each guests will receive a gift bottle of wine and personalized card with your company logo, thanking them for attending the event.
