6PM Your private luxury coach will collect your group at your hotel or preferred pick up point in Barcelona. Transfer south to the Penedès wine region, about a 50 minute pleasant drive. Arrive to the gorgeous Segura Viudas winery, founded in the 11th century. This is one of the most architecturally stunning wine estates in Northern Spain and a unique venue to bring your special guests to. Upon arrival, begin with a winery tour followed by a tasting of their fabulous sparkling wines- Segura Viudas Aria and Segura Viudas Reserva Heredad.
8PM Sit down to an atmospheric dinner in their 13th century Masia style villa and enjoy the medieval musicians performing for you. You’ll have a superb Mediterranean dinner that might include dishes like Verduretes a la graella amb romesco i oli de breses (grilled vegetables served with the delicious nutty Romesco sauce), Filet de porc Ibèric amb figues coll de dama saltajades (Iberian pork steak served in a sautéed fig sauce), Garrí lacat amb xalotes confitades i reducció de fruita de la passió (fabulous suckling pig served with baby onions and a passion fruit reduction), and Crema Catalana amb carquinyoli (a Catalan version of Creme Brulée). You’ll taste estate wines at dinner including the zippy white Creu de La Vit Xarel.lo barrica de Segura Viudas, the rich red Cabernet Sauvignon de Segura Viudas and a top bubbly for dessert.
10PM Transfer back to Barcelona by luxury coach and your guests will be dropped off at the hotel, each guest receiving a gift bottle of wine and personalized card with your company logo, thanking them for attending the event.
