Deposit:
To reserve your trip, we require a 30% deposit of the trip total to confirm the services.The balance must be paid within 60 days prior to departure. If start date is less than 60 days away, payment is due in full. Payment will be made in Euros in the price quoted in your quotation, signed by yourself and faxed to Cellar Tours.
Preparing for your trip:
We count on our travellers to be physically healthy and fit. We strongly advise you read all of the pre-trip information we send you in regards to: what to bring, predicted weather conditions, social etiquette, etc.
Insurance:
: We strongly recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance to prevent any financial loss in case of illness, accident, or other situations causing you to cancel your holiday. Also, we require that you have travel and medical insurance before joining us on a wine tour. We ask that you review the limited amount of the coverage included in your individual insurance package and confirm that you are adequately covered for any eventuality.
Cancellations:
Cellar Tastings S.L. strictly adheres to its cancellation policy and cannot make exceptions. If for a certain reason you are forced to cancel your trip with us, our policy is clear and straightforward: More than 30 days prior to departure: we will refund your deposit less a 500 Euro administration fee per person. Less than 30 days, we do not forward refunds. Cellar Tastings S.L. is not responsible for expenses incurred in the eventuality of cancelled trips, such as airline tickets. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early. Cellar Tastings S.L reserves the right to modify the wineries visited, hotels and restaurants detailed in the itinerary, according to availability. Guests must provide a signed "Tour Confirmation Form" prior to trip departure to be permitted to join the trip.

Please note:
Included Gourmet Meals are pre-organized, not la carte. They are 3-6 courses per meal, and also include coffees, mineral water and digestives.
In meals where wine is included, it is also pre-organized. Extra bottles of wine can be ordered at the client's discretion on their tab.
We reserve the right to change the itinerary depending on availability of suppliers at time of booking. In the event of a change, a supplier of equal or greater value and quality will be chosen.
