Second Course
Asparagus from Navarre with Cured Duck. Paired with: Kyrie White Wine
Third Course
Selection of Iberian Charcuterie; Stuffed Succulent Sardines Tornedó. Paired with: Miserere Vintage Red Wine
Fourth Course
Duck Confit with Mediterranean Figs. Paired with: Clos de l'Obac Vintage Red
Fifth Course
Sautéed Fois Gras with a reduction of the famous Dolç de l'Obac dessert wine. Paired with: Dolç de l'Obac, delicious red dessert wine
Sixth Course
Vanilla Bean Homemade Ice cream made with olives from the olive groves belonging to Clos de l'Obac. Paired with: Krypta, Cava (Catalan Champagne)
Luxury Brandies will be on hand, and strong Spanish coffee will conclude this incredible meal. Carles, your host, will make the lunch unforgettable.
