- Arrive to Jerez de la Frontera airport

- Meet and Greet with Bilingual wine guide

- Transfer by comfortable coach to the nearby town of Jerez de la Frontera (only 15 minutes from the airport)

- First stop- one of the most beautiful wineries in Spain! VIP Wine Tasting at this upmarket Sherry producer, beautiful estate. Guests will enjoy minimum 6 wines. Far from Harvey's Bristol cream, this winery is producing world class Sherries and is one of the most prestigious Brandy producers. Approx 2 hour visit to include an insight tour of the cellars and winemaking process followed by a phenomenal wine tasting

- Transfer to pretty Sanlucar de Barrameda for a fabulous seafood at a highly esteemed local restaurant, with views of the sea from the dining room. Sanlucar is not a touristy town, and guests will get a feel of the "real" Spain.

- After Lunch, guests can enjoy Sanlucar beach before heading to their city hotel in Seville. Evening on your own (with dinner recommendations)

- Overnight in historic 5* hotel right in downtown Seville.

- For Lunch, your guests will enjoy a fabulous "Tapas Tour", a gastronomic walking tour with their wonderful guide, of the most charming bars in the historic Jewish quarter, "La Juderia"

- After Lunch, guests will visit 2 of Seville's most gorgeous sights- the Moorish Palace (simply breathtaking) and the Casa de Pilatos, another magnificent palace. The Pilatos visit is very interesting, one of Seville's finest palaces built by The First Marquis of Tarifa in the late 1400's, to resemble Pontius Pilate's residence in Jerusalem. The palace is owned now by the Duke of Medinaceli and is the most beautiful private residence in Seville, which is luckily open to the public. You'll see beautiful Roman busts, an interesting fusion of Renaissance and Mudejar architectural styles and a collection of family paintings including ones of Barbera de Braganza who once lived there.

- Evening guests can enjoy Seville on their own, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby

- Today's activities are unique- you will embark on a Spanish Ham Experience! The Sierra of Aracena in the province of Huelva is a lovely mountainous region located just north-west of Seville, quite close to the Portuguese border. It is here in this province, that the finest cured hams in the world are made from the Iberian pig. On this gourmet excursion we will visit one of the best ham producers in the village of Jabugo, a mythical name in Spain for fine ham. You'll find out all about how the ham and other artisan products from the Iberian pig are produced. At the end of the visit you will be able to taste the wonderful ham along with a glass of the best Fino or Manzanilla sherry. Afterwards, our journey will continue on to the pretty village of Aracena where we will have a gourmet lunch at the finest restaurant in the area, complete with traditional Spanish dishes and wine

- Afternoon at your leisure in Seville. The Guide and driver will be on hand to take you sightseeing if you desire, or you can relax back in the charming village. Reservation will be made for you for your farewell dinner in one of the most exclusive restaurants in Seville, with a beautiful patio flower filled courtyard.
