- Your chauffeur will collect you with a sign reading your name, and you'll be swept way to your romantic Relais & Chateaux hotel, located in the charming village of Amarante about 40 minutes from Porto in the beautiful Portuguese countryside.

- Full Breakfast at the hotel
- Your charming chauffeur will pick you up this morning at the Relais & Châteaux hotel and drive you through lovely scenery towards the bustling town of Oporto, Portugal's 2nd city. You will enjoy a marvellous tour of Oporto with your driver guide including Stock Exchange Palace, a superb example of Portuguese tilework. You'll peek into the Lello bookshop, a quaint landmark dating to the early 1900's.
- After sightseeing, you'll indulge in a VIP visit to the Ramos Pinto Port Lodge, one of Vila Nova's most beautiful.
- Lunch will be pre-organized for you at Oporto's most prestigious restaurant, directly overlooking the Douro River. After lunch, enjoy some more time in Oporto or head back to you luxurious country residence, a Relais & Chateaux hotel located on the Tamega river.
- Dinner is also included tonight to complete the pampering feel to you day, and this will be a highlight of the trip! The restaurant has just gained its Michelin star, and you will highly enjoy dinner here.

- Full Breakfast at the hotel
- Do not forget the camera today! You have a marvellous day in store. Your personal chauffeur will collect you from the hotel and you will begin your exploration of the Douro valley, heading upstream along the Douro River to Régua. You will be driven through the Douro Region, taking in magnificent views of steep hills covered in vines and the sparkling river reflecting in the sun. This region is one of the most picturesque in Europe. Your journey will carry on the wonderful winery of Quinta da Pacheca, where you will be hosted by the owner, Mr. Serpa Pimentel. You'll taste dry red wines, apart from Ports (some of the best in the region) and enjoy the scenery and your host's cooking.
- After this unforgettable experience, you'll love the next treat- a private cruise on the Douro River, heading towards Pinhão where your boat will dock at the famed Vintage House, right on the mighty Douro with stunning views. Lunch is on your own (not included), although reservations for the best table will be made in your name. Vintage House is one of the most famous establishments in Portugal and have the best views on the Douro.
- After lunch you will return to Porto or Amarante and, on the way, you will taste Port Wine at the Panascal Estate, where worldwide known Ports such as Fonseca are produced.
- Late evening on your own to relax and reflect on the superb wines you've tasted.
