These terms apply to the website, including its destination guides, tour descriptions, articles, photographs, inquiry forms and other online content.

If you make a booking, the following documents may also apply:

• Your personalized proposal, quotation or itinerary.
• The Booking Conditions supplied before you become bound.
• Your booking confirmation.
• Any applicable package-travel information form.
• Specific terms disclosed for particular travel services.

If there is a conflict concerning a travel booking, the documents accepted as part of that booking will take precedence over these Website Terms & Conditions, subject always to mandatory applicable law.

Depending on the material, the relevant rights may be owned by Cellar Tastings SL, commissioned by us, licensed from a stock provider or other third party, or used with appropriate permission.

“Cellar Tours” and associated branding are trademarks or commercial identifiers of Cellar Tastings SL. Third-party names, marks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Inquiries, quotations and bookings

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quotation does not by itself create a booking or require either party to proceed.

Our travel specialists may prepare a personalized proposal based on the information you provide. Prices, services and availability remain subject to confirmation until a booking is accepted in accordance with the applicable Booking Conditions.

A booking becomes binding only when you have met the requirements identified in the relevant proposal and Booking Conditions, which will normally include written confirmation and payment of the required deposit.

The person making a group inquiry or booking must be authorized to provide the relevant information and communicate on behalf of the other travelers.

8. Our role and travel-service providers

Your booking documents will identify the travel services included in your booking and state whether Cellar Tastings SL acts as an organizer, retailer, or provider of an individual travel service.

Independent hotels, wineries, restaurants, guides, drivers, transport companies, and other travel-service providers may perform some services. Using independent providers does not reduce or exclude any responsibility that applicable law places on Cellar Tastings SL.

Where package-travel law applies, Cellar Tastings SL accepts responsibility for the proper performance of the travel services within its legal obligations, whether we perform those services directly or through another travel-service provider.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any mandatory traveler right, including, where applicable, the right to have a service failure corrected, receive alternative arrangements or assistance, obtain a price reduction, terminate the booking, receive a refund, or claim compensation.

9. Prices and payments

The currency, total price, applicable taxes, included services, payment schedule and known additional charges for a proposed trip will be stated in the relevant quotation or booking documents.

Prices are normally quoted in euros unless another currency is expressly stated.

Payments must be made using a method accepted by Cellar Tours, which may include bank transfer, credit card or another agreed payment method.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply its own charges or exchange rate. Cellar Tours does not control these third-party charges.

Where applicable, the tax treatment of travel services will follow the Special VAT Regime for Travel Agencies, known in Spain as REAV, and other applicable tax rules.

10. Changes, cancellations and refunds

The payment, amendment, cancellation, and refund terms for each booking—including cancellation charges and payment deadlines—are set out in the Booking Conditions provided before the booking becomes binding and incorporated into the booking contract.

Please refer to your Booking Conditions and booking contract for the exact cancellation policy applicable to your trip.

Nothing in this summary limits any mandatory rights available to travelers under applicable law.

11. Travel insurance and traveler responsibilities

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. Appropriate cover may include cancellation, medical treatment, emergency assistance, repatriation, travel disruption, baggage and activities included in the itinerary.

Unless expressly stated in the Booking Conditions, travel insurance is not included in the tour price.

Travelers are responsible for:

• Checking and complying with applicable passport, visa, immigration and entry requirements.
• Obtaining any required vaccinations, certificates or medical advice.
• Providing accurate information relevant to the booking.
• Informing us promptly of dietary, allergy, accessibility, mobility or other requirements.
• Following reasonable safety instructions provided by Cellar Tours or a travel supplier.
• Behaving responsibly and respecting local laws, venues, staff, residents and other travelers.

Alcoholic beverages may be served only to travelers who meet the applicable legal drinking-age requirements. Wineries, restaurants and other venues may request identification or refuse service where appropriate.

12. Liability

Website use

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Cellar Tastings SL is not responsible for loss caused solely by:

• Temporary website unavailability.
• A user’s incompatible device, software or internet connection.
• Unauthorized interference beyond our reasonable control.
• Reliance on general website information after that information has become outdated.

Travel services

The applicable Booking Conditions and mandatory law govern liability relating to a confirmed booking.

Where package-travel law applies, Cellar Tastings SL will provide the remedies and assistance required by that law. Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances do not automatically remove every obligation owed to a traveler.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Intentional misconduct.
• Any responsibility or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If a problem arises during a booked trip, please get in touch with Cellar Tours or the contact listed in your travel documents without undue delay. Prompt notification may allow us to address the issue while the trip is taking place; however, delayed notification does not remove statutory rights.

Information about applicable complaint procedures and any available alternative dispute-resolution process will be included in the relevant Booking Conditions or supplied where required by law.

You retain the right to contact the competent tourism, consumer or judicial authority.

16. Restriction or suspension of access

We may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to:
